5 Tips for Staying Consistent during #SXFIT19

Happy New Year! We’re underway for Social X’s Health & Wellness third New Year 30 day challenge! Social X’s Health and Wellness pillar provides Xers with a variety of different ways to stay fit well socializing with like minded professionals.



  1. Make a plan and stick to it!

  • Make a workout calendar of which workout you have in mind for each day.

  • Plan on going to the gym? Pack your gym bag the night before to ensure you’re ready. Check it, then check it again. No one wants to be at the gym without headphones!

2. Find an accountability partner.

  • Working out alone is hard! Find a partner to make sure you’re working out daily. Following friends on social media that post their workout routine always keeps me motivated and gives me that extra boost I need.

3. Go to a Social X sponsored event.

  • SX Health & Wellness will have events planned throughout the month of January to keep you motivated and mix up your daily workout routine.

4. Take care of yourself.

  • Make sure you’re staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and listening to your body. Even though this challenge is a competition we want everyone to be fit and safe.

5. Have fun!

  • This is the most important tip! Plan workouts with friends. Use this time to step outside of your comfort zone and do something different.
