Understand general IT concepts and functions that impact the supported applications and their ability to operate within the organization's infrastructure. Participates in the vendor selection process. Provides input into technical assessments of vendor applications and acts as a liaison between vendor solutions, internal technical teams and business line teams. Creates impact analyzes on work orders and large projects from a technical perspective. Collaborates with and leads IT Technical teams to complete and design technical requirements documents. Documents impacts of planned system/vendor solutions and potential risks/limitations and communicates accordingly. Mentors and trains other team members including Systems Analyst I & II. Coordinates and leads work of third party staffing solution team members. Prepares for and presents to enterprise governing bodies (ex. Architecture Review Board, Change Management, Quality Assurance Review, etc.). Coordinate and complete required project documentation in addition to their analyst role on work orders or large projects.
Responsible for assisting customers in a dual role focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction. The Banker will perform teller transactions, service customer needs and resolve issues, and when appropriate proactively sell Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects. Bankers are responsible for identifying, expanding and deepening customer relationships through profiling and then recommending appropriate products and services. Bankers will also be responsible for making customer referrals to the appropriate line of business to meet their financial needs. The colleague in this position will also provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate processing customer transactions and be able to efficiently demonstrate all customer channels including digital capabilities. The Banker will strive to deliver a satisfying customer experience by fulfilling service requests and providing efficient and accurate transaction processing.
This position will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial relationships and ensure retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships, while complying with established Associated Banc-Corp risk management and credit policy, business strategy and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal partners to facilitate the development of new business relationships as well as develop prospects through COIs and other proactive measures. The Relationship Manager will play a vital role in the growth and development of the commercial banking portfolio and market share. Primary focus will be to profile and work collaboratively with internal partners to sell/cross-sell commercial products to our existing client base, as well as to prospects. The Relationship Manager will build deposits, loans, fee income and refer appropriate customers and prospects to all applicable cross-sell partners, including Commercial Deposits & Treasury Management (CDTM), Capital Markets, Private Banking, Private Client and Institutional Services, Associated Benefits & Risk Consulting, Retail Bank-at-work, etc.
