Whether you're running your first 5K, walking with friends and family, or chasing a new personal best, we invite you to be part of the FEAR MKE crew for a morning of fitness, fellowship, and community impact.
The HaRUNbee 5K Walk/Run, organized by the National Coalition for Healthy Black Families (NCHBF), raises awareness about healthy birth outcomes while promoting physical and mental wellness for individuals and families. This community event welcomes participants of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels to come together in support of healthier communities. Walkers, runners, and families with strollers are all encouraged to participate, and the 5K course is U.S. Track & Field certified.

The experience continues after the finish line! Join us for a post-run gathering featuring refreshments, raffle prizes, and music by DJ Lolo. This is an opportunity to connect with the FEAR MKE community and celebrate your accomplishment.

Join us as we help create an unforgettable experience for hundreds of young participants by bringing energy, encouragement, music, and community spirit to the course. Register today and help us bring the energy.

Join Social X MKE for another edition of The Wind Down — our signature happy hour series bringing Milwaukee’s professionals, creatives, and community together to relax, connect, and vibe after work.
This May, we’re heading to Diaspora MKE Sports Bar & Lounge on Milwaukee’s East Side for an evening of good drinks, music, and casual networking. Whether you’re pulling up with coworkers, friends, or coming solo, The Wind Down is all about creating space to unwind and connect with the community in a laid-back atmosphere.

Whether you’re an experienced runner, casual walker, or simply looking for community, this event is open to all paces and fitness levels.
Meet at 6:00pm, depart for run at 6:15pm. One of our FEAR Captains will warm us up
Community-focused run/walk experience. We typically go over the route, break out into groups (1 mile walk, 2 mile run and, 3 mile run).

The ASICS Blue Jean Mile is an annual global movement started by ASICS athlete Johnny Gregorek in honor of his late brother, Patrick, to raise awareness around mental health and encourage open conversations about mental wellness.
Participants across the world complete one mile while wearing denim as a symbol of solidarity and support for those navigating mental health challenges.
Wear your favorite pair of blue jeans, denim jacket, or denim-inspired gear and join us in movement for a meaningful cause.
