Join Milwaukee’s running community for a run/walk meet-up for the culture! We’ll meet at Rise & Grind Café to move our bodies and celebrate Milwaukee’s Juneteenth Day celebration — the longest-running Juneteenth celebration in the nation. All paces and fitness levels are welcome.

The ASICS Blue Jean Mile is an annual global movement started by ASICS athlete Johnny Gregorek in honor of his late brother, Patrick, to raise awareness around mental health and encourage open conversations about mental wellness.

Join FEAR, ASICS and Performance Running Outfitters (PRO), the Nimbus Shoe Demo & Relay Workout is a high-energy, team-based movement experience at the Pettit National Ice Center — featuring a demo of the new ASICS Nimbus 28.
This event is one of the official SX Wellness 26 community experiences, designed to encourage movement, connection, and momentum throughout January. While SX Wellness 26 is this relay offers a fun, team-based option for those who enjoy friendly challenge and group energy.
🎁 Bonus: The first 75 runners to check in will receive an exclusive FEAR x ASICS x PRO water bottle.
Teams of two (No partner? We’ll match you on arrival.)
Total distance: 12 laps (6 laps per person | ~¼ mile per lap)
One teammate runs while the other completes a lower-body exercise.

Men are invited to join us for an evening of self-discovery to be the best version of themselves.
ImMENSe Wellness was created to inform and support men of color as they explore their respective careers and personal aspirations. The goal is for men to be emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally strengthened while developing meaningful connections with other professionals and entrepreneurs.
Conflict is inevitable, yet how we handle it defines the strength of our relationships, whether with partners, friends, family, or colleagues. Let’s Get Through It is a men’s wellness event designed to create space for honest dialogue, practical strategies, and real tools for conflict resolution and healthy relationship building.
Together, we’ll explore how men can move beyond avoidance, ego, or silence to foster deeper understanding, trust, and connection.

FEAR Tuesdays – Weekly Run/Walk
Join FEAR for our weekly Tuesday night run/walk! We typically break into groups based on pace and distance, covering 1 to 3 miles. We’ll begin with a quick warm-up and hit the pavement by 6:15 PM.
Please note the new location starting July 15th!
After the run, stick around to cheer on & connect with fellow runners. All participants must complete the 2025 waiver form before participating.
