Kick things off with a 1–2 mile group run led by FEAR MKE Captains, then transition into a Strength Training for Runners workout led by Brew Fitness coaches. This free, all-levels workout is designed to help runners build strength, improve performance, and have fun in a welcoming community atmosphere.
Whether you're training for your next race, just getting started, or simply looking for a great workout, everyone is welcome!
