imMENSe Wellness is a half-day summit designed to support the emotional, mental, physical, and financial well-being of men. Hosted by Social X MKE, this experience creates space for honest conversations, skill-building workshops, and meaningful connections with professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Through engaging discussions, creative workshops, and community dialogue, attendees will gain practical tools to strengthen their mindset, deepen relationships, and move forward with clarity and purpose
Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with local vendors, enjoy light breakfast and lunch, and build relationships with other men committed to personal growth and community impact.

Panel Discussion moderated by Trell Johnson

Men experience stress, pressure, anger, fear, and sadness—even if those feelings are rarely expressed. This honest conversation explores the realities of men’s mental health and challenges outdated ideas around vulnerability and strength. Panelists will discuss the value of therapy, emotional awareness, and seeking support as tools for growth and resilience.

This collaborative workshop invites participants to reflect on personal experiences and transform those reflections into a collective art piece and community storybook. Through creative expression and conversation, attendees will explore resilience, healing, and the power of shared stories.

Everyone reaches moments where motivation fades and goals feel out of reach. This session explores how discipline—not just willpower—creates lasting success. Participants will learn practical strategies to break through excuses, build consistency, strengthen mindset, and transform goals into measurable results.

Participants will have time to visit vendors, reflect on the day’s conversations, and close the experience with final remarks and takeaways.

Ambrose Wilson-Brown, widely known as Coach Ambrose, is a Deep Health and Mental Performance Coach dedicated to helping high-performing professionals build discipline, resilience, and sustainable wellness. As the founder of MISPIBO Fitness, he supports individuals in aligning mind, body, and spirit to achieve long-term success.
Coach Ambrose specializes in helping people move beyond motivation and into consistent execution through practical systems, habits, and mindset development. In addition to his coaching work, he serves as a Community Program Coordinator at the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center, leading initiatives focused on prevention and whole-person wellness.
Carnell Hogans

Community Impact Manager, FMP
Carnell Hogans Jr. is a father, community steward, and multidisciplinary artist who uses creativity as a tool for healing and connection. Through his work, he explores themes of generational trauma, resilience, and emotional expression.
As Creative Director of AllRoots Collective, Carnell creates spaces for storytelling, reflection, and community healing. He is the recipient of the 2025 Juneteenth Freedom Ball “Father of the Year” award and currently serves as Community Impact Manager with Fathers Making Progress.
Trell Johnson
Moderator | Founder, Mistakes 2 Millions
Trell Johnson is a motivational speaker, youth mentor, and host of the Mistakes 2 Millions (M2M) podcast, where he encourages individuals to transform setbacks into growth. Through community events, youth programming, and speaking engagements, Trell creates safe spaces for honest conversations around discipline, purpose, and mental health.
His message is rooted in emotional awareness and personal accountability—reminding men that growth begins when we allow ourselves to feel, reflect, and evolve.
Artie Turner, MS, LPC

Artie Turner is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting youth, families, and communities through mental health advocacy and compassionate care. At Children’s Wisconsin, he works at the intersection of medicine and mental wellness, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and understanding.
A Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, Artie is known for his culturally competent approach and leadership in conversations around trauma, healing, and belonging.
Corey Fells

Corey Fells is a community leader and mental health advocate committed to expanding access to culturally affirming care. As Co-Founder of Black Space, he builds partnerships and initiatives that center healing, storytelling, and community impact.

Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers is a higher education leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing student success, equity, and community engagement. As Vice President at Milwaukee Area Technical College, he leads initiatives that strengthen student support systems and institutional impact.

Brion Nash
Panelist | Community Engagement Professional, Landmark Credit Union
Brion Nash is a relationship builder and community advocate dedicated to creating meaningful connections between organizations and the communities they serve. Through his work with Landmark Credit Union, he develops partnerships and programs that support families, youth, and local initiatives.
He is also actively involved with 100 Black Men of Milwaukee, where he mentors young men and supports leadership development within the community.
