Through Restful Essentials, she merges her passion for holistic wellness with her professional background to create engaging wellness activations that help organizations reduce burnout, strengthen workplace culture, and support employee well-being. Her work focuses on equipping people with practical tools they can easily integrate into their everyday lives.

Under her leadership, Restful Essentials has expanded its reach as a trusted wellness partner, supporting multiple communities and organizations through innovative rest-centered programming. When she’s not leading wellness initiatives, LaRissa enjoys exploring nature with her dogs, Saint and Porter, cooking, and creating art. She believes sustainable success begins with intentional rest.
