#SXFIT22: 30 Day Fitness Challenge


Join Social X MKE’s annual 30 day challenge! This is the perfect way to jumpstart your fitness journey!

The rules are simple:

  1. Workout for 30 minutes for 30 days (1/2 - 1/31).

  2. Each day, post a picture of your workout on Instagram (not your IG story) using the hashtag #SXFIT22

  3. Whoever works out for the full 30 days for 30 minutes each wins & receives our prizes!
