How to Participate:
Commit: Set aside 30 minutes daily for physical activity for 30 days (1/2/24 - 1/31/24).
Capture: Each day, post your workout on Instagram (not your story) using #SXFit24. Use this tracker as optional yet fun way to share your progress with your followers.
