The Challenge: From January 2nd to January 31st, commit to moving your body for 30 minutes each day. Whether it’s yoga, running, dancing, or weightlifting, the goal is simple—find what works for you and stay consistent! If you fall off, jump right back in!
How to Participate in the Challenge:
Commit: Dedicate 30 minutes daily to physical activity for 30 days (1/2/25 - 1/31/25).
Capture: Share your workout moments! Post a picture or video of your exercise on Instagram (not just your IG story) using the hashtag #SXFit25. Make sure you page is public and keep your posts live until 2/5/25 so we can tally your daily entries!
Connect: Stay motivated! Join us for group workout classes throughout the month. Connect with other participants, share your journey, and cheer each other on using #SXFit25! Anyone can participate, not just challenge participants!

Join Social X for this Xciting, private group class with BlackBox100. This will be a Full-body functional class featuring 6-minute low-impact exercises with 1-minute rests, ending with mobility work.
