Social X MKE & Shred 4/15 have partnered to together to carry you through the month of February with free workout classes! Shred 4/15 incorporates workouts through 15 minutes intervals between the treadmill & floor workouts. Don’t have a huge love for running? No worries, classes that are instructed “floor only” will only be body weight, dumbbell, & ab workouts! Please be sure to join us & bring a friend that is new to Shred 4/15! Classes marked “express”means the class is only 45 minutes.
